Installed this bumper on a 2024 Gladiator. The install went fairly smooth. Led fog lights mounted with out a problem. When I went to mount the bumper it didn't line up perfectly, but loosened the bumper side bracket and it went on with out an issue. Came packed in foam and was undamaged. From start to finish install took about 11/2 hrs...getting the wiring harness out of the old bumper took the longest. Looks good, highly recommend.
Installation was easy. It looks great. I only had two issues. The packaging was very well packaged, but the bumper still broke through the foam and cardboard, so I’m one of the hooks the painters rubbed off. When installing the fog lights one of the screw hole was not threaded. But the height holding on sturdy at three other points overall, I’m very satisfied.
I personally like the looks of a short stubby bumper on a Jeep. I did a lot of searching and found the Mako. It was packaged very well and arrived with no damage even though it's a bit heavy. I also have the skid plate. Both went on easily, but I recommend another person to hold the bumper until you get the nuts started. I also commend the Customer Service for any help you may need. Very responsive. I highly recommend this bumper.
Looks great. Worked well out wheeling this weekend! It was a little shorter than I was expecting. I didn’t want the stubby one so I got this one thinking it would not look stubby.
