Return Policy

Any and all returns require an RGA number authorized by Fishbone Offroad. Fishbone Offroad requires an original purchase invoice number before an RGA number is to be issued. All returns not pre-authorized will be rejected and returned to the customer. All authorized returns will be made on a freight-prepaid basis, including insurance, by the customer and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, All returns must be returned in new condition and customers may also be charged for missing or incomplete items. All returns will be issued as credit, not a refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the time the customer receives the item. We are not responsible for international shipping tax, duty, or brokerage fees; these fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made before the order has shipped, if shipped, our return policy applies. All orders that have reached shipping and receiving will be considered shipped. Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee.

All refunds can take up to ten business days for the transfer of funds. All credit card payments will be refunded to the original card provided. Cash refunds will be given only for cash payments.

Fishbone Offroad Gift Cards are non-refundable.  Purchases made with Fishbone Offroad Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Shipment

Fishbone Offroad uses many delivery options included but not limited to; UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier used will depend on order size, weight, and transit times. Shipping outside of the lower 48 is available, but will include additional shipping costs. Some items we sell can be shipped to APO/AE addresses, but are limited to the USPS size restrictions. If your delivery needs fall outside of the standard delivery methods, or for a quote outside of the lower 48. If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

All freight-prepaid shipments will be by a freight company chosen by the manufacturer. Freight collect shipments will be by a freight company chosen by the manufacturer unless a freight company is specified at the time the order is placed. There is a 5% drop ship fee, minimum of $5.00, on orders that are shipped to a non-billing address.

Customers will receive automated shipping tracking information to the email listed with their order once the product has been processed for shipping. Please enter a valid email address upon checkout. Also, bear in mind that your order may be processed outside of normal shipping carrier business hours and the item may not ship until the following business day.

Please be advised that responsibility of goods shipped transfers FOB at Fishbone Offroad. Shipment shortages and damages must be claimed against carrier/freight company at the time of delivery. Customer must note the claim on the bill of lading/freight bill at the time of delivery and request an inspection by the carrier immediately. All shortages within Fishbone Offroad boxes must be reported to Fishbone Offroad within seven days of receipt of shipment. No claims will be allowed thereafter. Do not deduct claimed shortages from invoices when making payment. Credit memo(s) will be issued when the carrier pays the claim. Deductions taken without referencing a credit memo will not be honored.

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates but provided with enough notice we will try to meet your deadlines. Our lead times can fluctuate depending on the season and current demand. Pricing

Warranty

Fishbone offers the original purchaser a 90 day warranty from defects in material and workmanship on all powder coat finishes from the original date of purchase. Due to the intended use of our product, our warranty does not cover product damaged sustained from off-road use or accidents.

This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, or product modifications. This warranty does not cover cost for installation, removal, labor or shipping. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any part or parts that are defective and returned to Fishbone Offroad accompanied with a bill of sale and RGA number. Warranty claims cannot be determined until goods are inspected. If you live in an area that uses salt or other harsh chemicals for snow and ice removal, it is very important that you keep your products clean. If you allow salt and other harsh snow and ice removing chemicals to stick to your product, this may cause your product to rust prematurely and will void your warranty (warranty will be voided under product neglect) Please also DO NOT use any chemicals, even those meant to protect the product, on the product without consulting Fishbone Offroad. Failure to do so will void your warranty (warranty will be voided under product modifications).  Cleaning powder coated products with non-acidic based soaps and washes is required.  Oiling powder coated products once a month and/or after cleaning with WD-40 or other lubricants is required.

Product hardware and accessories (latches, lights, bolts, etc...) are not covered under any part of our warranty. Tire carrier spindles on bumpers are not covered by the warranty.

Upon our receipt of the damaged product it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. The warranty is only applicable for the original purchaser of the product; all names of customers are held in a Fishbone Offroad database for reference. All returns will be checked and any modifications made to any of these products will void the warranty.

Installation labor, paint, powdercoat, or any other finishes are not covered by warranty. We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product. If after inspection, we found the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at no cost repair or replace the defective product with the same or comparable product on a "best-effort” basis.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as damage to or loss of directly or indirectly caused by the product. Please contact us about product failures regardless of reason.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

Fishbone Offroad products are designed to be sold as decorative accessories, and should not be relied upon as protection for both passengers and vehicle. The buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of said products. There are limitations to the severity of impact that the products sold herein can withstand and the products are not a substitute for safe and careful driving. Fishbone Offroad reserves the right to redesign or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

If the Fishbone Offroad product fails to work as warranted above, Fishbone Offroad's maximum liability under the above warranty is expressly limited to the cost of repair or replacement of any products or components that malfunction in conditions of normal* use. Except as indicated above, in no event will Fishbone Offroad be liable for any damages caused by the product or the failure of the product to perform, including any lost profits or wages, business interruption, loss of use or any other commercial or economic loss of any kind, or special, incremental, or consequential damages. Fishbone Offroad is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for the third party. This limitation of liability applies whether damages are sought, or a claim made, under this limited warranty or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim or any other claim. This limitation in liability cannot be waived or amended by any person. This limitation of liability will be effective even if you have advised Fishbone Offroad, or an authorized representative of Fishbone Offroad of the possibility of any such damages or even if such possibility were reasonably foreseeable. This limited liability gives specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or from county to country. You are advised to consult applicable state or country laws for a full determination of rights.
