2025 Jeep Wrangler Review

Overview
- It's a Jeep Wrangler. You know what you're getting, for the most part
- Several powertrain options, including electric
- Interior has added tech upgrades
- Great off-road, average on pavement
- Plenty of options: doors, top, engine, trim packages... the list is long
What's New in 2025?
New to '25 is a fresh paint color, simply titled '41 - military olive drab-inspired, and no doubt a callback to Jeep's WWII history. Also available is Active Cabin Ventilation, which allows a better pre-ventilated cabin via the mobile app. Perhaps the biggest change - one that may upset old-school Wrangler enthusiasts - is on the doors: no more crank-windows and sliding your key in the door to unlock it. All 2025 Wrangler models come standard with power locks and windows.
A few other things:
- Mojito Green exterior paint color returns from 7-year hiatus
- Joose Orange paint also joins the family
- 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen radio standard in all Wrangler models
- More than 85 available safety and security features
- Standard improved hands-free voice recognition
- Available 12-way power adjustable front seats

2.0L Turbo
Meanwhile, the 2.0L Turbo comes standard on the Sahara trim package. It's available for any of the non-electric Wranglers, and produces 270HP with 295lb-ft of torque.

Final Verdict
The 2025 Wrangler is what Jeep fans have come to expect from the icon. Off-road warrior, now with some nice touches on the interior. The handling is improved, however the steering leaves a lot to be desired, and the cabin still lacks some space. Those looking for a comfortable, quiet daily drive will also, most likely, be left wanting a bit.
But that's not why you buy a Wrangler. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. Wranglers are for off-roading, trail-grinding, rock-crawling mud-slinging, adventure-seeking thrills, and for that, the 2025 Wrangler more than makes up for it's lack of blacktop comfort and appeal.
FINAL SCORE: 4.5/5.0
